GCR Advisory Board

The Gulf Coast Repository Advisory Board (GAB) provides a mechanism for the US Scientific Ocean Drilling Community to provide community input and scientific guidance to the Gulf Coast Repository laboratory and curatorial facilities. Terms of Reference can be found here.

The Advisory Board will:

• Provide input and make recommendations on the GCR's laboratory infrastructure, analytical services, scientific capabilities and long-term goals.
• Identify and communicate community needs and priorities related to the GCR's analytical and curatorial services.
• Review and provide feedback on proposed improvements, projects, method development, equipment purchases or major initiatives.
• Help promote the use of the GCR's collections and laboratory facilities.
